For the expectant mother who can't stop worrying
When that question keeps taking over your pregnancy,
being told to stop worrying doesn't help
FEARLESS PREGNANCY JOURNAL is a guided 40-week journey created to help you release pregnancy fears and spend less time worrying about your baby — so you can actually enjoy this precious time.
For the woman who wants to enjoy her pregnancy
When pregnancy is supposed to feel joyful…
But your mind keeps rehearsing what could go wrong
You check. You Google. You wait for the next appointment. You feel better for a little while — and then another fear appears.
People tell you to enjoy your pregnancy or stay positive. As though you hadn't thought of that yourself.
You want to enjoy it. You want to stop worrying. But being told how you should feel doesn't change how you actually feel.
So now you're not only afraid. You also feel guilty about being afraid.

“Once I hear the heartbeat, I’ll relax.”
You tell yourself that maybe the next appointment will help. Or the next scan. Or the next reassuring answer.
And it does, for a while. Until your mind comes up with another “What if?”
You've heard “Stress is bad for the baby” a thousand times. But nobody tells you how to actually stress less.
Now you have it — your clear way to come back to yourself.
FEARLESS PREGNANCY JOURNAL offers a practical, step-by-step way to release the fears and worries that arise during pregnancy.
You don't have to convince yourself that there's nothing to be afraid of, or wait until your next appointment for another moment of reassurance.
The journal covers the concerns that can make pregnancy so difficult to enjoy — from your baby's health and changes in your body to medical scans, childbirth, and becoming a mother.
Each entry addresses a particular pregnancy fear and guides you through the process of releasing it. Once you've finished, you can get back to your day.

Because telling yourself to relax does not make fear disappear…
You can tell yourself that everything will be fine, understand that worrying won't help, and still feel afraid. Knowing you should relax is one thing. Actually feeling less afraid is another.
That's why FEARLESS PREGNANCY JOURNAL uses a clinically proven stress-relief method. The practices are designed to help you release pregnancy fears themselves, rather than simply describe what you're worried about.
So when you're frightened about your baby, you're not left trying to convince yourself to feel differently. You can follow a specific process to release that fear.
And when fear no longer takes up so much of your pregnancy, there's more time to feel calm, connect with yourself and your baby, and enjoy this precious time while it's happening.

Less worry during pregnancy.
More calm, connected moments with your baby
Spend less time worrying about your baby during pregnancy and more time cherishing the moments you have together.
When I first got pregnant with my son, I wasn't prepared. Needless to say I was scared. Of everything. And everyone kept telling me: Don't stress out, it's bad for your baby.
So besides feeling constantly scared, I started feeling constantly guilty. Up until the moment I got mad at another piece of advice and asked: “But how, exactly?”
“Stop worrying.” - How, exactly?
“Let go of your fears.” - Great. But again, how?
“Trust that everything will be fine.” - And what am I supposed to do when I don't?
And, as you can guess, nobody could give an answer.
This is why I spent the next 15 years studying and searching for the answer to this question: How do you actually stop worrying, being afraid, and how do you learn to trust?
And I found it. The exact step-by-step process that allows you to stop worrying and being scared.
When we're growing a new human being inside our bodies, we don't need another list of things we're supposed to feel. We need to know what to do to support our babies and ourselves.
That's how I approach my work. No vague instructions. No pretending that saying something makes it happen.
Just a practical, step-by-step blueprint for you to deal with the actual problem.

Message for Your Future Baby
A separate part of the journey is devoted to writing to your baby and marking your transition into motherhood.
This isn't another fear exercise. It's an opportunity to connect with the baby you're waiting to meet.
Collect the messages throughout your pregnancy, and you'll have a book to read together one day.
