Purchasing one product or service does not automatically give you access to any other product, service, upgrade, bonus, community, or future offering unless explicitly stated.

By purchasing or using our products or services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown before you complete your purchase.

By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge you the amount displayed at checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, email, and contact information.

Additional products, order bumps, upgrades, upsells, or other offers are separate purchases unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Digital Delivery

Many of our products are digital and may be delivered immediately after purchase.

Delivery may take place through email, a download page, membership area, third-party platform, private community, or another digital delivery method.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account used for your purchase.

5. NO REFUNDS — ALL SALES ARE FINAL

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations after a purchase has been completed.

This applies to digital products, community access, workshops, programs, services, and other offerings unless a different refund policy is explicitly stated in writing on the applicable sales or checkout page.

A refund will not be provided because you:

changed your mind;
purchased by mistake;
did not use the product;
did not complete the materials;
did not participate in a community or program;
decided the product was not suitable for you;
were dissatisfied with your personal results;
expected content, features, services, or access that were not included in the offer you purchased;
failed to read the product description before purchasing;
lost community access because you violated these Terms or applicable community rules.

Where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery.

Where legally applicable, and where the required consent is obtained during checkout, you acknowledge that immediate delivery of digital content may result in the loss of any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right.

Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

6. Billing Errors and Unauthorized Charges

The No Refunds policy does not prevent you from contacting us regarding a genuine billing error, duplicate charge, or unauthorized transaction.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Where permitted by law, access to products, services, or communities may be suspended while a payment dispute is being reviewed.

Nothing in this section restricts your legal right to dispute a genuinely unauthorized or incorrect charge.

8. Personal Use License

Unless expressly stated otherwise, your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials you purchased for your own personal use.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the content or intellectual property to you.

Our products and materials are provided for educational and self-help purposes.

12. Mental Health and Emergency Situations

14. Your Responsibility

Purchasing or participating in any offering does not transfer responsibility for your health, pregnancy, emotional wellbeing, medical decisions, or personal choices to Eugenia Littebrant.

15. Communities

Some purchases may include access to a private Facebook group or another online community.

Where community access is included, you agree to follow:

the applicable community rules;
the terms and policies of the platform hosting the community.

Community access is provided only when it is explicitly included in the offer you purchased.

16. Community Conduct

We may moderate communities and remove posts, comments, or members where reasonably necessary.

Conduct that may result in warnings, suspension, or removal includes:

harassment;
personal attacks;
spam;
unsolicited promotion;
unsolicited solicitation through private messages;
theft or unauthorized copying of materials;
serious privacy violations;
repeated violations of community rules;
other conduct that materially disrupts the community.

Serious violations may result in immediate removal.

Removal from a community because you violated these Terms or the applicable community rules does not entitle you to a refund.

17. Privacy of Community Members

You may not use another community member’s private information or content without permission.

This includes another member’s:

posts;
comments;
screenshots;
photographs;
personal information;
private messages;
stories;
experiences.

You may not republish, distribute, or use another member’s content for marketing, commercial purposes, research, social-media content, or other external use without that person’s permission.

18. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of original content you post in a community.

By posting content within a community, you grant us the limited permission necessary to display and administer that content within the community.

Posting in a private community does not automatically give us permission to use your personal story publicly as a testimonial or advertisement.

Public promotional use of a testimonial or personal story requires separate permission where required.

19. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website, products, services, or communities to:

violate applicable law;
engage in fraud;
harass or abuse another person;
distribute spam;
collect member information for unsolicited marketing;
infringe copyright, privacy, or other rights;
provide unauthorized access to paid materials;
circumvent payment systems;
impersonate another person;
interfere with the operation of our systems or services;
commercially exploit our materials without written permission.

20. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

violation of applicable community rules;
fraud;
unauthorized sharing or distribution;
intellectual-property infringement;
abusive or harassing conduct;

Termination resulting from your violation of these Terms does not create a right to a refund.
